Tuesday, June 23, 2026, will remain engraved as a memorable day of sharing, compassion, and solidarity. It was in the heart of Ambatobe, Antananarivo, that the Fifaliana Indray association, true to its mission of bringing joy and support to the most vulnerable, joined forces with the Valim-babena association and the specialized Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital for a major medico-social initiative dedicated to our precious elders.

The Betesda Medical Bus on the Front Lines in Ambatobe

Thanks to the deployment of our Betesda mobile medical bus — a fully equipped clinic on wheels — stationed in Ambatobe for the occasion, 60 elderly people from the capital were able to benefit from a comprehensive check-up and complete medical care.

Because health should never be a question of financial means, this initiative was entirely free of charge: each patient was cared for with dignity, professionalism, and affection, without having to pay a single Ariary.

A Synergy of Hearts with Valim-babena and Dr Agarwals

Caring for our elders requires a holistic approach. That is why the collaboration with our partners of choice made all the difference during this day:

• The Valim-babena Association: True to its absolute commitment to supporting the elderly in every possible aspect of their daily lives, the team took care of bringing comfort to the beneficiaries by distributing complete meals and food packages.

• Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital: The teams from this renowned organization put their expertise at the service of Ambatobe’s elderly by performing screenings and providing essential eye care, restoring visual comfort to those who needed it most.
