Upon arriving in the Amoron’i Mania region, the Fifaliana Indray team was met with a heart-wrenching reality. Here, poverty is not just a statistic; it is a lived experience. We met parents who could not afford even a single box of paracetamol to ease their child’s fever.

On the ground, our medical findings revealed the scale of the challenge: Schistosomiasis (Bilharzia) and Hypertension (HTA) are devastating these populations, fueled by a lack of clean water and regular check-ups.

For four intense days, our medical teams turned classrooms and community halls into clinics of hope:
