On Saturday, August 9, 2025, our Betesda Mobile Clinic once again set out to meet those most in need of medical care. This time, our team served in the urban commune of Ambohijanahary Antehiroka, right in Antananarivo, the capital of Madagascar.

At first glance, one might think that a community located in the heart of the city would have easy access to healthcare. But our observations on the ground revealed a different reality: many people simply cannot afford medical services.

During this outreach, 162 patients received free consultations and medication. The relieved smiles and grateful looks we saw spoke volumes about the importance of this action.

As always, before beginning the medical treatments, we shared the message of the Gospel — a word of hope that brings deep comfort, as necessary for the heart as medicine is for the body. Our mission is to care for the whole person: body, soul, and spirit.
