From April 7 to 10, the Fifaliana Indray association reached new milestones in its fight against poverty. Thanks to a strategic partnership with Helimission, we conducted a major medical campaign across six isolated villages in the Sofia region, where access to healthcare remains a daily challenge.
Reaching the Unreachable
A Significant Medical Impact
During these four days of intense mission work, the impact was tangible. Our medical teams treated a total of 826 patients.
Consultations revealed recurring pathologies linked to precarious living conditions in these remote areas. The majority of patients suffered from:
Urinary tract and genital infections;
High blood pressure (often previously undiagnosed);
Chronic abdominal pain;
Malaria.
Healing the Body, Nourishing the Soul
For Fifaliana Indray, our mission is holistic. We believe that a person is more than just a body. This is why the campaign was also a time for profound spiritual sharing.
Under the guidance and warm welcome of Pastor Edmond, Regional General Director of the Sofia region, we worked hand-in-hand with local churches. In addition to physical care, we brought a message of hope through the Gospel. Bibles were distributed to allow villagers to continue growing in their faith, supported by their local pastors.
