Yesterday, the commune of Ambohidratrimo witnessed a remarkable milestone in the journey of our humanitarian association, Fifaliana Indray. Since our founding in 2021, we have been fully committed to fighting poverty in all its forms, through practical, compassionate, and community-driven action.

With the help of our Betesda mobile clinic, we were able to provide free medical care and medication to 150 patients — right where they live. For many families, this was a rare and precious opportunity to access healthcare without the burden of high costs or long travel distances.

What made this day truly historic for us was the very first introduction of mobile dental care in our services. Offered at a symbolic and minimal fee, these dental treatments brought visible relief and joy to the patients. It’s a dream we’ve long carried — and seeing it become reality in service of those in need was deeply moving.

But behind every consultation, every treatment, and every medicine distributed, there is a sobering reality: medications are expensive. And if we are to continue bringing quality care to remote communities — and continue saving lives — we need your support.
